Newport Brass, the luxury decorative plumbing brand by Brasstech, Inc., has introduced a collection of pull-down kitchen faucets with an innovative trigger spray.
As Newport explains it, the trigger spray allows users to seamlessly toggle between a powerful stream and a refreshing spray, offering precise control for a variety of kitchen tasks. With a simple squeeze, it delivers full versatility and convenience in one intuitive motion.

“Unlike competitive models that require the user to continuously hold the trigger to activate the spray function—similar to commercial kitchen functionality—these new models offer enhanced ease of use,” says David Emmons, vice president of the company. “Users can toggle between spray and stream modes with a simple press and release of the trigger.”
The trigger feature offers a unique partial combination of spray and stream, the company says, providing a balanced water flow that is ideal for everyday cleaning tasks but also perfect for rinsing pots and pans without excessive splashing. “This hybrid setting provides a balanced water flow, making it ideal for light cleaning tasks while reducing splashing,” Emmons adds.

“Newport Brass offers a curated selection of pull-down faucets that blend sophisticated design with exceptional performance,” the company says. “Each model is crafted to complement a range of interior styles—from timeless traditional to sleek contemporary—while maintaining the brand’s hallmark of precision engineering.”
The trigger spray is available in the Jacobean, East Linear, Muncy, Seager, Taft and Chesterfield collections. Available in more than 20 decorative finishes, the faucets feature solid brass construction, a ceramic disc cartridge, independent rotating and pivoting lever handle elements, magnetic docking system and a pivoting-ball spray engine inlet fitting for enhanced directional control.
