Fotile America, a Chinese appliance brand founded in 1996 and is known for tech-heavy products, has introduced a new “industry-first” range that combines air purification technology with precision cooking controls to deliver “a pure, fresh air cooking atmosphere and professional-grade cooking experience.”
The 30-inch FreshBake range is packed with performance highlights. It features five burners and 3600 watts of electric cooking power for quicker boiling and heat. A SynCook integrated smoke management feature automatically activates a companion Fotile range hood when the cooktop is in use, while a SafeGlow LED Heat Indicator lights up red at temperatures above 149 degrees Fahrenheit, which enhances safety and prevents burns.

Additionally, the oven door features a four-layer QuadraShield dual Low-E glass that reflects heat back into the oven, while the enamel interior enhances distribution inside the cavity. Other highlights include nine baking modes (including air fry, convection and proofing), push to open toe kick drawer and a one-touch all-lock feature that prevents accidental activation by children.
But the main attraction of the oven is the FreshBake Technology, which utilizes a state-of-the-art Porous Catalytic Filtration System. “Its surface is uniformly coated with platinum and other precious metal catalysts, creating an immense surface area equivalent to the size of a tennis court,” the company explains. “As hot air circulates through the porous structure, PM and volatile organic compounds–such as odors, grease and harmful gases–are rapidly oxidized in the high-temperature environment and broken down into harmless gases and water, resulting in cleaner air.”
Available now, the range has a manufacturer suggested retail price of $2,699.
