Elkay, the company that manufactures a wide range of plumbing products that includes sinks, faucets, and drinking water solutions, has introduced a new residential bottle-filling station.
Ideal for remodel projects or new construction, the The Liv EZ Built-in Filtered Water Dispenser redefines convenience with a user-friendly design and hassle-free installation, the company says. The unit provides homeowners with fresh, filtered water for all the living that happens in the home, the company adds.
“For ease of installation and cost-efficiency, Liv EZ is battery powered by only three AA batteries with no electricity needed,” Elkay explains. “It can be installed anywhere there’s a water line for instant access to filtered water. A mechanical push button makes operation easy, and the high flow rate allows you to quickly dispense filtered water in seconds. An LED filter status light indicates when a filter change is needed.”

The Liv EZ also provides a versatile design for hydration anywhere in the home. A compact in-wall design replaces the need for single use plastic bottles and expensive water jugs. The backlit “Bottles Saved” ticker displays how many plastic bottles have been saved, showcasing the sustainable efforts in the home (for those who are interested in such things).
Elkay says the sleek unit is made of premium materials, such as tempered glass and durable stainless steel that complement any decor. The lightweight (and easy to clean) glass front panel is removable so home owners can access the filter for changes and replace the batteries.
The Downers Grove, Ill.-based company says the unit uses a premium WaterSentry 71300C filter filtration system that lasts up to one year and reduces more contaminants than refrigerator and pitcher filters. Elkay says the unit is tested and certified to NSF/ANSI 42, 53, 372 and 401 to reduce PFOA/PFOS, lead, microplastics, cysts, Class I particulate and chlorine (taste and odor). The result: convenient, elevated hydration.
Elkay is a 102-year-old company that was acquired by Zurn Water Solutions company in 2022 to form Zurn Elkay Water Solutions.
