Blanco Refreshes Brand, Introduces New Workstation Sink

By Nigel F. Maynard

As part of its 100th anniversary celebration this year, German kitchen products brand Blanco has introduced a workstation sink with a variety of adaptable accessories that will make life easy for homeowners.

The Inteos workstation sink system, the company says, simplifies everyday workflows with adaptable accessories that go beyond basic meal prep, including oven-safe trays.

“Around sixty percent of time in the kitchen is spent at the sink zone, making it the heart of our homes where culinary creativity and functionality meet,” says Lars Christensen, vice president of strategic portfolio development and market intelligence for Blanco North America. “With Inteos, we’ve reimagined this vital space to offer more efficiency and intention, allowing homeowners to create a kitchen that effortlessly anticipates their every move.”

Intros includes the Stack & Store system, allowing users to neatly stack accessories or store them below the sink with the Organizer Bag. The company says the product offers a seamless transition between all essential kitchen tasks — prep, bake, serve and clean. Oven-safe serving trays move from prep station to oven, while colanders, cutting boards and dish racks save precious counter space. Homeowners may also create a gourmet gathering with food displays directly from the sink workstation.

“Our adaptable accessories not only simplify meal prep and baking but also elevate your dining presentation,” the company says. “Directly from your sink, create stunning food displays that streamline serving and save precious counter space. Intros is a culinary showpiece that will wow guests at every gourmet gathering.”

The product goes beyond basic meal prep, with a curated selection of accessories that make life easy. It comes with three included accessories—a cutting board, large colander and accessory holder—plus six optional add-ons like the Organizer bag, dish rack and oven-safe trays.

The product comes in 30-, 33-, 39- and 45-inch to fit every kitchen, from smaller ones with space efficiency in mind to grand kitchens designed for entertaining. Additionally, it’s offered in stainless steel or the company’s Silgranit composite in a range of nature-inspired colors.

Founded in 1925 by Heinrich Blanc and initially focused on producing tin-plated copper water troughs for coal-fired ovens, the company evolved to specialize in kitchen sink systems in stainless steel and, eventually, its proprietary granite composite material Silgranit. As part of the 100th year in business, the company is marking its anniversary milestone with a refreshed brand identity, rolling out a sleek and refreshed brand look, including an evolved brand aesthetic and in campaigns that ushe “in a new chapter for the next century.”

“As we celebrate our 100th year, Blanco’s rebrand reflects our transformation into a holistic kitchen solutions provider,” says Alana Stevens, CEO of BLANCO North America. “Our innovative systems are designed to bring joy, efficiency and beauty to the heart of the home.”
