Kitchen products brand Zephyr has introduced the new HyperCore induction cooktop that is powered by Impulse, a high-performance, battery-integrated induction technology.
Driven by four ultra-high-output 10 kW heating elements, HyperCore delivers the equivalent power of 72,000 BTU gas, making it up to four times more powerful than traditional gas and three times more powerful than standard induction, Zephyr says.
“A built-in battery supports peak performance while remaining compatible with a standard 120V outlet, offering effortless installation without sacrificing speed or capability,” the brand continues. “Thoughtful details elevate the experience, including magnetic, removable knobs for easy cleaning and a sleek, integrated design that fits beautifully into today’s kitchens.”

Available in 30- and 36-inch widths, the cooktops offer high-intensity performance with effortless control, the company claims. The result is a cooktop that is powerful enough for professional chefs as well as passionate home cooks. “With Power Boost, it can go zero to boil in under 40 seconds, bringing next-level speed to everyday cooking, from rapid boiling to high-heat searing,” the company says.
The brand says the feature that really sets HyperCore apart from competitors is the precision. It uses ExactSense proprietary sensor technology that measures the temperature of the pan itself and automatically adjusts in real time, enabling a more responsive and consistent cooking experience.

“With Dual Cooking Modes, users can cook in Power Mode (watts) with traditional low, medium, and high settings, or switch to Temperature Mode (°F) for single-degree precision,” Zephyr explains. “ExactTemp enables accurate temperature settings every time, ideal for delicate tasks like tempering chocolate, maintaining oil temperature, or cooking eggs to perfection.”
Another unique feature of the cooktop is its detachable magnetic knobs, which allow for effortless cleaning. Moreover, its LED element rings signal active heat, and a 12.8-inch display provides a clear, intuitive interface for users. “The only cooktop in the industry that can receive new features and continually improve through over-the-air updates, HyperCore connects to Wi-Fi right out of the box,” the company says.
