Baldwin Hardware has teamed up with smart home products brand Level Home for the new Baldwin Engineered with Level collection. The line blends Baldwin’s legacy of design with Level’s design-forward, innovative engineering, the two companies say.
“The Baldwin Engineered with Level line is about more than security—it’s about creating a home that feels both intentional and effortless,” says Melissa Zellner, director of marketing for Baldwin. “With a smart lock that blends seamlessly into the design, we’re elevating everyday living without compromising style!”
Baldwin says the new line, launching in late 2025, merges its refined aesthetics and Level Home’s advanced technology to the front door. Featuring three trim styles—Baltimore, Gramercy and Minneapolis—and statement grip sets including Soho and Hollywood Hills, the collection offers a diverse palette of bold silhouettes and luxurious finishes. Each piece is crafted in solid brass, offered in seven rich finishes with custom split-finish options and designed to pair seamlessly with Baldwin’s portfolio of levers and knobs.

“This collaboration represents the best of both worlds—Baldwin’s craftsmanship and design heritage, combined with Level’s invisible design and smart technology platform,” says John Martin, president of Level Home. “Together, we’re delivering innovation that respects and honors the design integrity of your home.”
At the core of the locks is Level’s invisible smart lock technology, engineered inside the bolt. The lock supports Bluetooth and Matter-over-Thread for direct smart home integration, with remote access, lock status and activity history enabled. It works with Apple Home and other Matter ecosystems, while maintaining Baldwin’s signature look and feel, the company says.
The line offers these key features:
• Solid brass construction and iconic silhouettes
• Level’s invisible smart lock technology, discreetly housed inside the bolt
• Seamless connectivity: Bluetooth, Matter, and Wi-Fi connectivity options
• Level Home app for remote access, sharing, and monitoring
• Seven finishes with custom and split-finish configurations
• Launching with both deadbolt and grip set options
